Reiki is a Japanese technique of healing and balancing for our entire being that can allow you to maintain feelings of health, inspiration, and well-being. It is a natural and safe method of healing and self-improvement. Reiki also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
For an in-person treatment, the client usually lays on a massage table, but treatments can also be given seated or even standing. The client remains fully clothed. Most commonly, Reiki is offered through light, non-invasive touch.
For our in-person sessions, at this time we are offering mobile services only (at your location.) Our mobile Reiki services are available exclusively for current and past clients who have been previously seen in person or individuals who have been highly referred to us by our trusted network.
Additional travel charges may apply based on location. Service area is limited to Live Oak, FL and closely surrounding areas.

Distant Reiki works just like an in-person session, except the recipient is not physically present. It’s an ideal option for those unable to attend in person. During a distant session, I enter a meditative state and energetically connect with you to facilitate healing.
How It Works:
- At the scheduled time, I will call you at the phone number you provide when booking. We’ll discuss your goals for the session and address any questions.
- After our call, I will begin the Reiki session.
- Once the session is complete, I’ll call you again to share any insights and answer your questions.

- Fee: $50 for a 1-hour session
