REIKI CLASS CANCELLATION POLICIES   

Cancellations By Silent Harmony LLC: 

Monthly Scheduled Group Classes:  Our normally scheduled monthly classes require no minimum participants to conduct the class.  So, that means that even if just one person has signed up, the class will be conducted.  

Monthly Scheduled Group Classes and Private Classes:  For all classes, whether monthly scheduled classes or private classes:  Should class need to be cancelled by Silent Harmony for any reason, you will be given the option of receiving a full refund or transferring to another mutually available date.  

Cancellations By Class Participants: 

Monthly Scheduled Group Classes:  Written cancellations up to 7 days prior to class – no charge.  Written cancellations 6 days or less will be assessed a $25.00 fee.  No shows will not be eligible for any refund or class date transfer.  Details as follows: 

1. You may cancel your reservation up to seven (7) days prior to class at no charge.  Requests for cancellation must be made in writing. You may then choose to receive a refund or you may transfer to another available date.    
2. Cancellations made six (6) days or less prior to the class will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee.  Requests for cancellation must be made in writing. You may then choose to receive a refund (less the $25 processing fee) or you may pay the $25 cancellation fee and transfer to another available date.   
3. No shows will not be eligible for any refund or class date transfer.   

Private Classes:  Cancellations up to 7 days prior to class – no charge.  Cancellations 6 days or less :  No refunds and not eligible for class transfer date.  No shows will not be eligible for any refund or class date transfer.  Details as follows:

All refunds made will be processed within 7 days and refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was made.  In the event payment was made by cash, refund will be by check.
