What's Included: Along with all-day, in-person, hands-on training and traditional Reiki attunements, you will receive a comprehensive class manual, a textbook, and a class resources guide with multiple additional study material links and recommendations. Upon successful completion, you will be awarded a certificate of completion as a Reiki First-Degree/Shoden level practitioner in the style of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, including 8 CE hours.
Also included is a follow-up private consultation with your instructor (sensei) one month after class – by phone, Zoom, or in person – to help deepen your practice, answer your questions, and support your Reiki practice.

2. Energetic Modalities Comparisons: Differentiate Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki from other systems of Reiki and from other energetic modalities, and explain its benefits.

1. History, Principles, and Scope of Practice: Explain the history, guiding principles, and scope of practice in the tradition of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki.
2. Energetic Modalities Comparisons: Differentiate Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki from other systems of Reiki and from other energetic modalities, and explain its benefits.
3. System Elements: Define and demonstrate the foundational system elements of Usui Shiki Ryoho, including Seiza, Gassho, the Gokai, hands-on treatments, Kenyoko-ho, Joshin Kokyū-hō, and Byosen scanning.
4. Intake & Communication: Conduct a professional client intake and communicate the practice of Reiki clearly and ethically to clients.
5. Client Responses and Safety: Recognize common client responses during Reiki sessions and maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment.
6. Full-Body Reiki Session Protocols: Demonstrate correct hand placements and sequencing for a complete full-body Reiki session in alignment with Usui Shiki Ryoho practices.
7. Alternative Reiki Session Protocols: Apply Reiki protocols for alternative methods of treatment, including chair sessions, head-focused treatments, and multi-practitioner group applications.
8. Professional Considerations: Uphold ethical standards in all aspects of Reiki practice.
