Sometimes the most meaningful paths unfold when life invites you to start over. That was true for me. My work grew out of lived experience — a response to change, growth, and the need for genuine balance.
For years, I carried stress I barely recognized. I pushed through life under constant tension: tight shoulders, shallow breathing, always doing but rarely feeling settled. What I was missing wasn’t motivation or discipline — it was awareness and regulation.
When I was introduced to Reiki in 2014, what stood out wasn’t anything mystical, but rather its quiet steadiness. Through consistent practice, I experienced what happens when the nervous system softens and clarity replaces overwhelm. Over time, that steadiness deepened into a more stable way of relating to life, marked by presence, discernment, and inner balance – and perhaps more importantly, a clear vision of what I truly wanted in life and how I was meant to achieve it.
I trained and apprenticed in the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho system, completing Master-level certification and a two-year apprenticeship. I later pursued additional study in Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki®, Kundalini Reiki, and Animal Reiki, with a consistent emphasis on grounded, ethical practice.
Seeking a deeper understanding of the physical body, I attended the Florida School of Massage and became a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA88690). It was there that I discovered reflexology — a modality that immediately resonated. Where Reiki offered inner balance through stillness, reflexology provided a tangible, body-based complement. Together, they formed a practical approach to supporting long-term well-being.
One of the most meaningful aspects of this work is sharing these modalities as tools, not just treatments. In sessions and classes, I teach simple practices — self-reflexology, Reiki self-care, and daily regulation habits — so support continues well beyond the session itself.
Through Silent Harmony LLC in Live Oak, Florida, I offer mobile reflexology and Reiki sessions, along with in-person Reiki training for individuals and massage professionals. As an NCBTMB-approved continuing education provider, my teaching emphasizes clarity, ethics, and real-world application.
My approach is steady and respectful. Sessions are fully clothed, accessible, and designed to support both immediate relief and long-term balance. Whether working with clients or mentoring practitioners, the focus remains the same: calm professionalism, clear boundaries, and care that leads to meaningful change and self-empowerment.
Reiki taught me that balance is not a luxury — it is a natural state. Reflexology reminded me that the body often leads the way there. Together, they form the foundation of what I share.
If you’re ready to experience what that quiet balance feels like — in your body, your practice, and your life — I’d be honored to help you begin.
