My work in healing began long before I realized that’s what it was.

Back then, I was simply trying to find steady ground. I’d built a career working independently, managing businesses, keeping life moving — but something was missing. Stress had a way of living in my body. I could feel it in my shoulders, in my breath, in that quiet exhaustion that hides behind “I’m fine.”

Reiki found me in 2014. What started as curiosity became a lifeline. Reiki helped me out of a dark chapter and reminded me what peace feels like. It restored connection where there had been numbness, and eventually, it gave me direction.

That experience changed everything. The calm and clarity I found through daily practice led me to make a complete life-course correction — leaving my former career to dedicate myself fully to healing work. I earned my First- and Second-Degree Reiki certifications that same year, received my first Master certification in 2015 and a second Master’s certification in 2020 after completing a lengthy apprenticeship in the traditional system of Usui Shiki Ryoho. Over time, I also pursued advanced study in Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki®, Kundalini Reiki, and the SARA Let Animals Lead® method of Animal Reiki.

Wanting to understand healing from both sides — energy and anatomy — I trained at the Florida School of Massage and became a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA88690). That education opened the door to the science of touch, and I discovered reflexology, the modality that instantly felt like home. It gave structure to what Reiki had already awakened — a way to ground the intangible in real, measurable relief.

After years of hands-on work and teaching, a surgery forced me to pause. That pause turned into perspective. Reflexology became the bridge that allowed me to keep serving, bringing everything full circle. 

Today, through Silent Harmony LLC in Live Oak, Florida, I offer mobile reflexology and Reiki sessions, along with Reiki training for anyone interested in personal or professional growth — including NCBTMB-approved continuing education courses for licensed massage therapists.

My philosophy is simple: healing should feel safe, grounded, and attainable. Whether I’m working with a client who needs stress relief or mentoring a practitioner refining their craft, my goal is the same — to create calm professionalism infused with genuine compassion.  That’s why every session I offer begins by calming the nervous system itself. 

Reiki taught me that joy and balance aren’t luxuries; they’re our natural state. Reflexology reminded me that the body always leads the way home. Together, they form the foundation of what I share.
