Sometimes the most meaningful paths begin when life asks us to start again. Mine led me to Reiki.

When I discovered Reiki in 2014, I had spent years carrying stress without fully recognizing how deeply it affected me. I was always pushing forward, always doing, but rarely felt settled within myself.

Reiki did not change my life overnight. The change came gradually through consistent practice. Over time, I felt calmer, clearer, and more grounded. I became better able to hear my own inner voice, recognize what was no longer right for me, and make choices that reflected the life I truly wanted to create. Because Reiki gave me so much, I knew I wanted to share it with others.

I trained in the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho system, completing two master-level certifications, as well as a two-year apprenticeship. Although I have explored other Reiki approaches, traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho remains the foundation of my personal practice and teachings. 

Through Silent Harmony LLC, I now teach First-, Second-, and Third-Degree Reiki classes, continuing education for massage therapists, and small private Reiki gatherings. As a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist and NCBTMB-Approved Continuing Education Provider, I bring both professional experience and a deep respect for ethical, responsible practice to every class.

My classes are intentionally small, welcoming, and practical. I want students to understand what they are learning, feel confident using Reiki in everyday life, and discover through their own practice what Reiki may come to mean for them.

Sharing Reiki is more than my profession. It is my way of passing forward something that profoundly changed my own life. If you feel drawn to begin or to continue more deeply, I would be honored to walk beside you.
